Côté professionnel : du 1er au 15 aout : Dernière gestion de mes dossiers, car j’ai pris une disponibilité et quitte mon poste de directrice de l’Office du sport de Villeurbanne. Un nouveau travail m’attend au 1er septembre : responsable sportif et évenementiel de 4 centres de remise en forme (BodySculpt Villeurbanne, Appart Bellecour, Opéra, Villefranche)
Côté sportif :
L’UTMB est mon principal objectif de la saison. La Diagonale des fous sera le suivant 2 mois après. Une fin de saison dense !
Depuis juin, je me suis bien investie pour la réussite de cette dure épreuve.
Une reconnaissance du tracé début juillet m’a permis de bien me remettre dedans : visualisation de la course, besoin en logistique, dernier affutage à réaliser…
Pour ce mois d’aout, j’ai réalisé 1 bon cycle en volume d’entrainement avec un bloc montagne à J-3 semaines, puis un rappel à J-2 semaines.
Un travail intense avec bâtons, du “blindage” de cuisse avec de bonnes sections en descente (travail excentrique), et du dénivelée …
(et du volume sur plat … avec la course de davos de 78 km début aout)
